Return and Refund Policy

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received incorrect items or if the items you received are defective or damaged, please send an email to info@bestonlineshop.nl to discuss further.

Dissatisfaction with Goods: If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Refunds: Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Requesting a Return:

  1. Please download, print, and complete the return form if you haven't already done so.
  2. Email your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@bestonlineshop.nl.
  3. After approval, ensure your return shipment is well-packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.
  4. Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  5. Use an insured and trackable service to ensure your package arrives safely.
  6. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@bestonlineshop.nl.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • Ensure all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Make sure all return parcels are sent using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
  • Ensure that the return form has been approved—without approval, your return may not be processed.

Simple Return Process in Three Steps:

Step 1: Request the Return Form Use the contact form below to request the return form. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return.

Step 2: Ship Your Order Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to include a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
